Just for Today Challenge

DAY 1. Don't judge anyone today - not even yourself.

DAY 2. Do something nice for someone but don't let them or anyone else know.

DAY 3. Greet everyone you meet with a smile (grocery clerk, employer, family).

DAY 4. Take 15 minutes to sit and think about how lucky we are to have what we have, no matter how simple.

DAY 5. Say the Serenity Prayer as frequently as you can.

DAY 6. Say a prayer of compassion for someone we don't like. We should do so even if we don't believe in prayer. This is for us to cleanse the anger and resentments out of our hearts.

DAY 7. Call another recovering person and ask how he or she is doing. This
