There will be times in your life when you feel beautiful, worthy, and sure of yourself. But there will also be times when you feel that it has all come crashing down. In this way you realize that your moods are not, and will not always be the same.

Your self-esteem regulates all these changes; that is, how you feel, how you value yourself, and what you think about yourself. It has to do with your successes and failures, with your feelings, with your mental health, and with your relationships with your family and friends. As you can see, self-esteem is very important.

That’s why when your self-esteem is high, you feel important, happy, and radiant, and everything turns out well for you. On the other hand, when your self-esteem is low, you don’t feel good and don’t have confidence in yourself. Everything seems bad and you feel you have no strength to continue.

There are simple but very effective techniques to regain a positive state of mind. Remember that if you look at life with optimism and joy, you will radiate this positive force and be happy. At the same time, your friends and family will appreciate being with you and feel happy.
